ELANDRA IS MY GIRL! Service is efficient and quick and I always get compliments on my hair even when it's been a month. She washes, condition and complete blowdry ( bone straight). I get traditional weaves and she lays my tracks so good that people think my extensions are real I Love Her and her Skills. I will be booking an appointment right after my review. I found Elandra on styleseat october of 2021 and she does an amazing job. I only go to her for my weave installs now . she makes sure to make me feel and look amazing. will be booking again with her soon.

DO NOT PURCHASE. This stylist must not have experience with natural hair. She didnt use a flat iron at all for my silk press and my hair reverted 20 mins later. She charged an extra $25 fee + Groupon price AFTER she finished my hair. So obviously I had to pay. Sent her a picture when I got home and she ignored it. She double booked my appointment and wasted my day. Trash service. Pictures are right after my silk press.

Elandra is very unrofessional when it comes to business. I called her business phone to inquire as to why she declined to refund the transaction and of course she handled it unprofessionally and the conversation went very left. She then proceeded to text me from another number with a "threat". My little cousin's ORIGINAL appointment was on 9/24/19 & due to fault of MY cousin ( my car broke down) she called Elandra & told her she was going to be 4 minutes late when Elandra informed my cousin that she herself was NOT at the shop & asked if she could come 9/27 at 5pm. My cousin agreed. When she got to her shop at 4:50 someone was ahead of her in the chair so she asked my cousin to wait 2 hrs. My cousin when and got something to get and when she returned the lady was making her payment when Elandra told her the she was leaving for the day. Needless, to say she did NOT do my cousin's hair. When my cousin asked about her refund Elandra told her she needed to go through style seat for the refund. In which Elandra then declined to refund. If not the enitre cost at least half because Elandra policy does state 50% of the service fee will charged for "no calls no shows". Which is now what Elandra is claiming what happened. If her claims are true then she is entitled to 50% refund because she was charged full service price. I have taken the liberty to attach a photo of Elandra's policy and the text thread from this the UNPROFESSIONAL stylist.
