Arrived 15 min early, hung out for an hour+ waiting for my appointment. No one even acknowledged me the whole time or apologized for the wait. Get it together.

Not recommended. Interpreted one of my testing results incorrectly - and it's such an obvious error that everyone can find correct interpretation from CDC website; very difficult to access through phone call to clarify the wrongly interpreted result, and guess what, they charged me for clarifying the result that they interpreted incorrectly at the beginning.

If I could give this business a negative star I would. I was very nice by taking down the last review. But to have such unprofessional and unorganized treatment from the staff and doctors. I was told I would receive a call from the doctor at 245 today for very important paperwork I needed. For an appointment that I did not schedule. It seem they would not send my paperwork unless I have this billed call. I go to the office so I can make sure the paperwork is sent and GUESS WHAT????? THE OFFICE IS CLOSED WHEN I NEEDED THE PAPERWORK BY TODAY WHICH SENT OVER A WEEK AGO ! How do deal with peoples health and lives and then respond in this manner. After I get my paperwork, I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE !
