Fetch

Ive read the other negative reviews, and I will say that its not been my experience. Packages have always come in the designated time, in good condition, and the communication I have had with the staff has always been professional and helpful. The Fetch delivery staff I have encountered in our hallways are pleasant & polite. so far, so good.

Absolutely terrible service. See the other reviews listed? Its for a reason. Customer service is horrible, they never solve your problems and consistently give you incorrect information. Ive never once had a package delivered without an issue. Packages are either late, dont come at all, are not registered when delivered so either fetch staff steals them or they are just incompetent. Or both! I normally choose to pick up a package so I dont have to deal with the delivery, but last time I tried to pick up a package, but the warehouse was closed, even though online they said they were open to 6- I got there at 5. Waited for 45 minutes trying to find a competent customer service agent. One told me they actually close at 7 and theyd try to find out what was going on. Another agent I spoke with said they actually closed at 4. I then asked why they said they were open until 6 online, and on the app. No response. Ultimately I had to leave because no one could tell me anything accurate and it was clear no workers were actually in the warehouse. I am as well forced to use them through my apartment complex, and Im about to get a bunch of us together to protest this mess. Id rather take my chances with packages getting stolen then ever have to deal with fetch ever again. Being forced to pay for a service that continues to prove incompetency is not okay, so if you have a choice, dont use this service.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This fetch is the worst delivery service I have ever experienced. It adds an unnecessary extra step which delays your packages from getting delivered. They have pre-defined delivery times, but they very rarely actually make the delivery during that time period. Sometimes, they skip the delivery altogether - greatly inconveniencing you if you are awaiting a package for work. Other times, they deliver outside the window - which defeats the purpose of scheduling a time window for a delivery. Reintroducing the risk of stolen packages - something this service claims to address. To make matters worse, you also encounter the risk of the staff stealing your packages and marking them as delivered when they are clearly not delivered in the submitted image. Then, you contact the staff and they gaslight you and make institute a process for package recovery/reimbursement that is more nuanced than contacting USPS or any other package delivery service. After all that, they neglect to do anything and completely leave the situation unresolved. This is absolutely the worst service I have ever used. It has me considering moving even though I absolutely love my apartment complex since they require packages go through fetch. Avoid using this at all costs. There are so many other, reliable services to use for your package deliveries. Fetch is not one of them.

Worst company Ive ever dealt with and thats saying something. The drivers are thieves who will mark your package as delivered when it is not and support is non existent.

Fetch is a service that charges you money to delay your packages. On a good day it's pointless, and on the average day it's a hindrance. This company shouldn't exist. It's a redundant service that residents don't want and didn't ask for.
