1. Arrived on time, I was taken back 15 minutes late for my SCHEDULED appointment 2. Every seems to have an attitude or be in a bad mood 3. I sat in the chair for 20 minutes or more before seeing the DR 4. THEN the DR said that she would have to do my cleaning during my next appointment because there was only 10 minutes left, and she was off at 12:00. Then said that she would accommodate me and someone at the front should have told me that I was not guaranteed a cleaning at every visit. 5. FINALLY, the assistant applied fluoride to my teeth with her FINGERS Do yourself a favor, find somewhere to go.

I love my doctor. She did good job all my teeth. Dr. McLaughlin is the best! Tigist was so helpful and kind.
