I love Dr.Batres! I've been going to this office for over a year now and I couldn't be more satisfied with my treatment. The front desk staff was very nice and professional.

Dr. Batres is very kind and explained everything well, but the staff (the women on front desk and the women who responsible of insurance procedure) were very rude. I called once to change my appointment and she hang up the phone without say anything. Also, at my first visit, the nurse asked me to go to x-ray area to do x-ray, one of the staff shouted on me without any reason. So, I had to change the doctor because the unprofessional workers.
