        The doctor is fantastic my bone surgery was painless. However, after several issues with the staff regarding my in network health insurance which I have twoThe office manager and staff kept saying I own a bill after I pay my bill in full along w/ a receipt indicating the same. I had issues w/the unknowledgeable staff and do not like their energy.

        My experience at Dr. Gennips office was great! His front staff was very helpful and attentive. I could certainly tell that customer service is very important to them. Dr. Gennip and his dental assistant were excellent. The procedure I had done was virtually painless. He even has a special technique that makes the Novocain shots painless. Overall, Im very happy with my experience and would recommend him to anyone in need of his services. Thank you Dr. Gennip and Team!
