        image A PT appointment was canceled after a 1.5 hour commute only to be brushed off by the front desk staff. "Spilled milk"? yes, but a total disregard for my inconvenience as I was quickly ushered away from the desk while trying to determine if information was updated/accurate to avoid future occurrences.
