Most unhelpful customer service every met. They renewed my yearly plan without notifying me first about the expected charges (every other company I subscribed to before sent an email a few days before). The CS agent offerd a refund, but right now it looks like I lost my account what I paid for, and I will not receive a refund either.

I called to cancel myfree trial which was told to me when I signed up for it. The First Lady I spoke to was so nice and worked things out for me. However, I had to call back and the guy I spoke to was the total opposite personality, saying that they dont offer feee trials and was very rude. My reasoning for calling back was to find out if I was getting a refund or if they were just going to let my subscription run its course. I was wanting to watch it until the trial ran out. That is when I was rudely told they dont do free trials. I wonder why j was told that Bc I wouldnt have done it without a feee trial. Anywhoo - customer service needs a lot of work the lady did a great job however, the man was awful. There is no reason to be right all the time and make someone feel bad for the purpose of being right all the time.

I enjoy the content and the creators, however the lack of human responses is quite shameful. Also, your not able to cast the videos onto a TV so you are stuck to watching it on your phone which is kind of a waste of time if the content is detailed and long and you would rather watch it on a big tv.

Zero customer support. Subscription purchased - zero access. Many support tickets unresolved eventually cancelled subscription without ever receiving a human response or watching one program. Absolutely shameful
