Ricardo built my deck for my townhouse and he handle most of the process including paper work, permits, orders/materials, and post construction follow up for minor things. The longest thing was waiting for the county and HOA which he couldn't control but he keep me up with the waiting status. He let me know what was needed or change quickly due to things out of his control. His guys always start the work on time like he said.

Ricardo is fantastic guy, long experience, never say difficult, always find a solution to the problems occurring during the work he helped me refinish 2 bathrooms and kitchen, moving washer and dryer to different place in the apartment, i really appreciate everything Ricardo did during the project
