Simply does not respond to emails or phone calls. Must be out of business. If not, I guess I don't have to convince you not to use them since you won't be able to contact them anyway!

Our home had a sagging front porch with a void under it and sections of our sidewalk that were sinking. Pete and his team were able to inspect, quote, and repair with a high density polyurethane foam injection. The whole process was hassle-free and the billing was all done online with no surprises. I was assured that if we ran into any problems down the road to just give them a call and they'd stand by their work, easy 5 stars.

So impressed with The Basement Pros, I had a front porch that needed leveling, and most companies I reached out only wanted to replace it, John came out when he said he would, seemed very knowledgeable and gave me a quote promptly that was very reasonable. The whole process was easy, affordable and I would use them again.

I wanted to write a great review for the recent work done on my basement. Cody was great with the initial inspection, estimate, and keeping me up to date with the work process. Alexis and his team texted me daily before arriving on site, let me know when they were going to lunch, and sent me pictures at my request at the end. I would absolutely recommend the Basement Pros for their professionalism and cleanliness. I was expecting it to look like someone had opened up the floor and I was so pleased to see the lovely job that was done. Hopefully I will never need them again, but I know who to call if there is ever an issue. I cant wait until it rains so we can test it all out!

Lance Ziolkowski from The Basement Pros came out give an estimate, the process was quick and to the point. He was personable, direct, and very knowledgeable! Great customer service!!
