        I had an extremely disappointing experience with this commercial realtor. Not only did they fail to meet basic safety standards for the rental space, but they also engaged in bullying behavior towards tenant. Despite promises to address known issues, they never followed through, ultimately leading to the closure of the business. Avoid this realtor at all costs for a hassle-free and safe commercial leasing experience.

        I am a resident of Willoughby. I do not know if it is located in Chevy Chase or China Towm. The smell of garlic and oil every day from ten in the moeprning to five in the afternoon has made my life miserable. I cannot sell my unit either. No one would buy this place. The smell is spread all over the 17th floor and in my unit on 28th. It is a kitchen for business at 1718 S.
