        Waited 30 mins for my drink. After repeatedly asking employees about my drink they kept saying “we’re backed up” I come to find out they “lost” my ticket… not even a sorry for the inconvenience. Terrible location

        I don't come here often, but when I do I usually get a hot chocolate because they use real actual chocolate. Also, I appreciate the free cup of coffee on Veterans' Day. I got a tall Pike's Peak Roast with almond milk and peppermint syrup that was really good. Also, they always have some groovy music playing here. It's a pleasant environment.
