I have never had a drink properly made for me at this location. I've ordered my usual drink from this location 3 times in the past 2 months or so. Every time I order it is not sweet at all, even with vanilla cold foam added and 3 pumps of vanilla syrup. I'm comparing this to the exact same drink I get 5 minutes up the road at Burtonsville which has rarely had an issue and has plenty of sweetness. Please teach your baristas the proper way to make the vanilla cold foam.

Ordered online and tried to call the store 5 times before I arrived because I wanted to make sure the drink was made correctly. The first 2 calls, the phone was answered and when I said “hello” was hung up on while the last 3 times I called, no one picked up. Once I got there I realized I was not able to do curbside pickup even though they have parking spots for it and of course when I went in to get my drink, it was not made correctly. Will not be coming to this location again.
