Absolutely love Ms. Sang and her daughter Jenny. They have taken care of my clothes for 15 years. She cleaned and packaged my wedding gown and has flawlessly altered my suits as I've changed sizes over the years. Very happy. Delightful family.

I took a poorly hemmed bridesmaid dress here for an emergency fix three days before the wedding and they did the job quickly and beautifully and for a reasonable price. Very happy with the result and will be back! Service: Alterations

Finally - a quality dry cleaner in Bethesda! I have tried almost every other Bethesda dry cleaner but Bak's is the very best. In the 3 years that I have been going, they have been able to remove EVERY spot and have treated my expensive clothes with care. Their prices are comparable to the mid-priced cleaners in downtown Bethesda. The mother-daughter service is kind and there is metered parking right in front.

I've been taking clothes for cleaning and tailoring to Bak's for years. They usually do an excellent job. Whenever I've had any slight problem with their work, they have been very responsive and have corrected it. I appreciate their warmth and friendliness!
