My experience at Premier Spine Center has been nothing short of amazing! From the warm welcome to the soothing environment each visit. Dr. Gooden provides you with an effortless flow of comprehensive treatments to calm and reset the entire body. (chiropractic adjustments, massage therapy, hydrotherapy and intuitive care) I felt the release of years worth of trauma and tension in my body after my first adjustment. I will be bringing the entire family, as my range of motion and central nervous system/ is feeling extremely balanced and brand new again. Dr. Gooden is truly the best! Beautiful downtown Silver Spring office location with ample parking as well!

Visiting Dr. Gooden was one of the most relaxing experiences I've had in a very long time! She has literally created an oasis retreat in her office where my spirit felt safe and catered to. Dr. Gooden is extremely intentional in making sure that my needs were being met from the time I walked in, throughout my massage, and even provided suggestions on what areas need more attention/extra TLC. I can't wait until the next time I can visit her again!
