The Children's Place

Today I went to the store to buy clothes for my daughter, my son and I sat down to wait for my wife and daughter to look for what they wanted, and suddenly a store employee approached me and told me that my son and I couldn't be there. waiting in the store, we had to leave, I did not like his attitude and the way he took us out because we are shopping, that is why I want to file a complaint about the poor service provided by the store.

I'm only coming to this store because they're no longer having in store pick up at Montgomery Mall, and this store is terribly slow. There's one person managing this store both times I've come for pick up and today I just walked out. I'll cancel the order it's not worth standing around.

There online store is horrible. I order and the they have my old address in the system i call them the next day to change the address which I could not do on the app they said once a order is place you cannot change or modified it even when it has not been ship up tillnow I have not received my stuff it been a week.

The worst service you can imagine, they treat you like you are ordering and not buying. I tried to buy almost $300 worth of clothes for my kids and I wanted to use a $50 gift card and some coupons but the girl refused to use my coupons. and find out what was going on with my gift card and they treated me as if my money didn't matter. What a shame they have people like that working. I will never shop again in this store where they don't care how they treat customers.
