        My three stars from a few years ago was probably unfair so I increased it to four but the same problems still exist. I bought my car here and take it for regular service. The wait is always long, took 15 mins last time to even get my car pulled in to the drop off area and then another 15 to talk to a person and leave. And this was with an appointment! Honestly, not sure what value there is in even making an appointment if its going to take a half hour to get all checked in. With probably more than 20 cars pulling in there was only 1-2 cashiers working and they seem to just wander off with no explanation to the many people waiting in line. I just sort of feel invisible when standing there. The work done always seems good and the people who work in the service center are nice.
