        Came into close a small business account. Received both conflicting or incorrect information. Something that should have taken an hour at most took the majority of the day. Had to go to another location.

        I came in because customer service told me I have to go into the store to do a paperwork because my account had fraud in it. I went to this location thinking itll be quick but the gentleman at the front told me I have to talk to a financial advisor I couldnt just come in and do it I have to make an appointment. I make an appointment else in a location closer to me and they were more informative on what to do than this location. He looked like he was in a rush and didnt bother to ask more questions.
