Been here for 2 years the maintenance has finally addressed my needs. Thanks to Mr.Vince he kept his word and fixed the issue.

I am writing this to appreciate and to be a witness how Mr Vincent is professional,knowledgeable and has provided me excellent customer service.I am glad we finally have someone like Mr Vincent in the office who can adress our maintenance issues immediately. And also I have a huge thanks for the new management due to the fact that they responded immediately and help to resolve our maintenance issues. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORKS .

This is a updated review on the Gramax apartments office rental staff and Maintenance staff. The new managements Maintenance technician Vincent is doing a great job keeping the building in fantastic shape he is polite and very professional I am so pleased that he lives here in the building,, and the new community manager is always listening to what you have to say everything is going well with the new management group.

I moved here less than six months ago. I've witnessed major improvements and upgrades since the new maintenance manager. You can't change people or how they live within their settings. I look forward to seeing other improvements. Excellent location for convenience with commuting.
