The price was exorbitant. I suspect the technician charged me more than he would charge other customers based on the price and some comments he made. I was supposed to get an emailed receipt but never got it. He also wasn't able to investigate or discuss the root cause of the problem in any meaningful way. But I was in a bind and needed to have the problem fixed so I went with it, but I regret it.

5 stars well deserved. Kraig was wonderful! On time, neat and clean. He knows what hes doing. Im a happy customer and will definitely call on LTP for all of my plumbing needs and then some.
