The crew that replaced our roof were hard workers and very professional with the installation. The pitch of the roof and dormers presented on problem. They worked for 12 hours straight on day one and did a great job cleaning the area when complete.

Update 1 year later, 2024: We noticed a piece of corner siding missing (old and not completed by Landmark BTW) in an upper portion of the house. A Landmark truck happened to be in the neighborhood (someone had a tree fall on their garage!) and I approached a Mr. Zain Marfani (insurance side expert) as he was awaiting the neighbor. I mentioned the small but important issue. As he had a few moments and said I was in the "Landmark Family" he grabbed a ladder, crossed the street and cut a replacement from a strip that had been sitting in the garage for some years; all fixed. Just wow. Landmark continues to impress me with the quality of employees and presence in the community. Zain was actually approached by several others in the community on a subsequent trip and all were impressed by his professionalism and expertise AND PATIENCE to be accosted by so many. Thank you Landmark and thank you Zain for exemplifying what decency truly is. We are so lucky to have this company in our area. Oh, and our Roof from last year still gets tons of compliments! 2023: I landed on Landmark, and they exceeded the mark! OK cheesy yes, but facts! What mark you may wonder; that of pure unadulterated excellence! Seriously We had a section of flashing blown off by wind and upon viewing, noticed some likely chimney issues. Concerned about water infiltration & with an aging roof anyway it was time to do the research... I called several companies and received a few crazy quotes and, in some cases, catastrophic stories of mayhem to come from companies with on the spot pressure tactics. I waited to see what Landmark would say. I already knew that they were superbly reviewed (not just via Google, etc., but family, friends, and community) but my experience with them exceeded all expectations. In comes an employee who was willing to come on a weekend due to my overburdened schedule at the time. He took pictures, explained problem areas, and spent the time educating rather than putting the press on for decision making. At one point and being near their Severna Park office I stopped in to ask a couple of clarifying questions and one of the co-owners, Rob Calhan himself came out to generously answer additional questions. How refreshing to experience old school customer service with modern, state-of-the-art practices and the best industry standard products to choose from. Landmark stood out in every way. Decision made, I continued to be impressed prior to installation. Property and greenery were well protected by materials delivery driver who chose an alternate method of positioning vehicle and crane usage due to trees overhanging driveway (in a cul d sac with a narrow street BTW). It took longer, but he said they care that much. Seriously x 2. Fast forward to install the roofers showed up on time, worked like a well-oiled machine, and demonstrated such carefulness with precious shrubs, walkways, driveway, yard etc. There was very clear attention to detail, clean up as they went along, coordination w/ project manager and visiting supervisor as problems were fixed (flashing, chimney, etc.) and the new roof went up, finishing well ahead of schedule. There were three gentlemen with magnet brooms checking for errant nails. They even generously repositioned deck furniture back on without being asked, truly above and beyond awesomeness. There was zero rush to leave the job site until it was in perfect condition and Austin went over nit noid items of interest to me after install. As a Gardner I know every inch of the home perimeter and found but one inch of clear plastic that likely was blown by the wind on the north side yard. Our new roof is one of the most attractive on the block. Neighbor upon neighbor has commented on the precision with which the roofers worked. In fact, I think dogs got extra walks so that neighbors could marvel at the crews outstanding work. When I'm ready for siding and or gutters, Landmark it is! To not have to research a quality company anymore is gold. Choose Landmark; trust them, be wowed by them!! Service: Roof installation

Landmark had the most comprehensive estimate and clear information on what to expect for the job, replacing my 40 plus square roof. A great crew showed up on time with Jimmy as chief and got the job, including some small construction and plywood replacement done in ONE day. Don't replace your roof without calling them. Would recommend highly!
