Unfortunately, they do not do well in emergencies.
My 89 year old father had one of the plumbers come out earlier in the day. The water needed to be turned off for an installation and repair.
After the water was turned back on, the ground floor toilet tank (which was not part of the installation and repair) would not fill up. Contacted the company and the plumber called my father.
My father explained the exceptional situation vis--vis his 88 year old wife with dementia who is limited to her bed and can only use the ground floor toilet hence very problematic.
There was no understanding.The plumber was not willing to help considering the exceptional situation.

Called in the morning and spoke with Brain. Kyle arrived by 2 the same day. Kyle is knowledgeable, professional and easy to talk to.

Kyle came out quickly to address a gas leak, did a great job, and was an all around nice guy. Highly recommend to anyone.
