I reached out for med management services for my autistic child with adhd, depression, anxiety and history of self harm and SI. My child is currently managed by their pediatrician; this specialty practice did not feel comfortable managing my child. I don't understand why PMHNPs who have a specialty certification and advertise that they see children and adolescents feel less comfortable than a general pediatrician to manage medications. As a nurse practitioner myself, I find it very discouraging to see other nurse practitioners not work towards the full scope of their practice, perhaps more training is needed.

Great experience, worked well with my insurance plan, very friendly staff. Able to do both in-person and telehealth sessions which is really convenient. Highly recommend!
