They received my account from Maredith mgmt - a company who I have never received anything from prior to the court documents.
Ive owned my home since 2018 and never knew we had 2 HOAs until 2 years later. I keep asking for a statement but they refuse to send me one.
Instead they keep sending me an account ledger that doesnt have Maredith info on it.
Kathleen Elmore is supposedly the lawyer thats always busy. Smh.
They had someone try to serve me how unprofessional to write on your card like this.
I dont owe my HOA company much money but they sent my account to collections without even trying to speak to me or reach out. All I want is a statement and to bring my account current.
