New construction/addition project through a general contractor. They were clean and timely. They Turned around quickly for add-ons and were relatively fair with the prices. Customer service was ok during the project while the GC was still holding payment. HOWEVER: 1. Parts of the project were forgotten or pushed down the road and took tons of calls and reminders to finally complete, again, because money was being held. 2. My houses GFCS are CONSTANTLY tripping. In the kitchen, in the pantry, in the bathrooms upstairs. The dryer, the washer, the dishwasher. We never know if the rice cooker is gonna finish its work or the outlet is gonna trip or trip the breaker. The coffee kettle or the coffee grinder May or may not work. Plugging anything in the kitchen is like an electrical Russian roulette. Washing the dishes in the dishwasher is a 50/50 crapshoot. Same with washing or drying the clothes. We called them about this and their diagnosis was that our bidet upstairs was shorting (still working fine to this day), and there was nothing wrong with the outlet or the circuit. And oh yeah, the tech that came to look at this issue tracked mud into the brand new carpet in the main bedroom. After this visit and diagnosis they were done with us to never appear again. This is the GOOD LUCK with your outlets company. Go ahead, roll the dice.
