Carlos responded to an emergency plumbing issue expeditiously and with great attention to detail. I reached out to him on Sunday evening and yet, he reached out to get an appointment scheduled to fix my issue the very next morning. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, identified the cause, and solved the problem within three (3) hours. Highly suggest doing business with Mr. Flow as he exemplifies what stellar customer service and reliable workmanship is! Edit: Carlos did it again y'all. Yesterday I woke up with water coming from floor and pink mold everywhere in my bathroom. I reached out to Carlos at roughly around 11 AM, he was here by 2 PM. Responded extremely quickly and kept me in the loop as he was en route. When he got here he quickly identified the issue and addressed it. Essentially the last owners did some really shoddy work when installing my basement toilet. He fixed it and snaked out my entire downstairs bathroom. Service: Plumbing leak detection
