I received damaged school pictures and tried reaching out to this company for a few days i finally reach someone through the chat option and Adithiyan says that because I won't let he/she speak to a minor child they could not resend the pictures I will have her pictures taken elsewhere from now on the customer service is horrible

I ordered portraits last year and I never received the pictures even after contacting customer service. This is unfortunate because I purchase the pictures every year. Also, when did it change where if you purchase the basic package, you only get ONE OPTION for a background?? Some people might not have over $40 to pick a damn background!!!! Service is getting poorer and poorer and more expensive.

Didn't get my kids school pictures on time and it took forever for them to arrive at home. Very difficult to reach someone by phone.

I ordered the 8x10 Framed Premium Retouching Custom Cropping and the Picture frame arrived broken and also was no glass on it (Cheap quality)for the money I paid, I also tried to contact them and no answer whatsoever. Never again will be purchasing anything from them.
