        The hotel was being renovated. They opened too soon. The hotel had an odor of paint and other chemicals. It was stronger in the hallways but there was still a smell on the rooms. We were asked to let them know it there were any issues, since we would be the first to stay in the room. Our toilet wouldnt flush properly and the odor almost drove us out of the room. (And the bathroom door stuck.) The lady at the front counter just wrote everything down. We left after a subpar breakfast with not even an apology, let alone compensation's for an awful stay. My daughter would become dizzy when she walked in the hallway. Lucky it was only one night.
