So, I needed a propane tank swap I did not have time to travel across town to Ace so I went to Lowes it is closer. A move I regret should have gone across town. Lowes has a tank swap supposed to be a quick process. I paid for the tank swap asked the associate to be please send someone out with the key to unlock the storage cage. I waited and waited nobody showed. Went back in asked again she had forgot about me. I counted there were five associates there just hanging out doing nothing. I went back outside still nobody showed. I went back in asked for a manger an a kind associate that works in paint radioed a Manger the Manger was in no hurry to come and talk to me. So at this point enough is enough. After forty minutes for something that should have been done in ten min I had to go to customer service and get a refund. I left there and have no plans on ever going back.

Super busy today, but usually they run out of things. The store is clean and the staff is friendly though.

I love Lowes. My husband and I come here over Home Depot but I dont under why Lowes offers curbside pick up if we have to wait forever to bring our order out or sometimes have to even go in to get it since they just never bring it out.
-we have no problem going in, but sometimes with our kids curbside is easier for a few items.

This is the WORST EXPERIENCE I've had to encounter where I decided to spend my hard earned money. First they delivered to my home the wrong riding mower(display model..FYI MY NEW MOWER STILL IN RECEIVING.
Secondly it was FILTHY with Rusted Bolts. Driver just. dropped off in the driveway and left. It doesn't have gas in it so not sure if it even starts. Very Very disappointed with this transaction. Also called over 20 times before I finally talked with someone.

Had just what I need and cheap
