The pediatrics staff couldn't answer my simple questions, or I would have to ask them multiple times to get an answer. My son has jaundice with all these UV lights and equipment around, and they expect my wife and I to be the ones to change his diapers and feed him around THEIR equipment. Half of the time, the staff is absent, and it's commonality that none of them know what's going on since they clearly don't communicate properly. My favorite part was when they took my sons blood for testing, and then they left it out so it coagulated, which meant they had to take MORE blood. Unprofessional and lazy.

I have been taken to this hospital for 3 times and have Received the best treatment possible from them. Great Staff and excellent customer service and would love to go back and Thank them for that. And should be a 5 stars Hospital with out a doubt and now just went again and my doctor didnt listen to me thats why this time. So was checked in this time and still great staff but 1doctor Brandon Mc Mullen should not be allowed into this Hospital because of his behavior. I left today because of him. They are so busy but dont need a Child there. Having a bad day Stay home. So it will not affect your review but get rid of him thats why I left.

This place is the worst. Wife at a 145 appointment here it is 5 0clock still hasn't went back. She has not eaten since 9 Saturday night.

I have seen first hand dogs in a kennel being treated with more respect and dignity than the way I have been treated by this hospital staff in the last 5 days I have been admitted. When I brought up any of my concerns, it has been met with excuses, blaming other staff members, or flat out ignoring my requests for basic care. I don't want to get into too much detail about my condition on Google reviews. The only decent people I have interacted with are the people in nutrition and a tech named Jackie. The nurses and doctors come into the room with out reading my chart or test results.
. My doctor didn't even know I had already had my scheduled procedure until I told him. They do not communicate amongst themselves. They barely do the absolute bare minimum and on numerous occasions I have been told they don't get paid enough. As if that's my burden as a sick patient.
