        I've only started having problems with this Rite aid the past year. I've been coming here a long time and the store itself is very clean and organized and the front staff is great. The pharmacy has been having a lot of issues. They are extremely understaffed to the point where they changed their hours and days open and are always slow. Someone higher up needs to get some hiring done or give their staff I've seen there for years a break because the pharmacists became so nasty and rude. I'm sure it's because they're overworked and understaffed and most of the customers are awful (some of these other reviews give me an idea). I feel sorry for them but it makes me feel horrible that I come in and they're immediately snapping at me and when something goes wrong on my doctor's end they just yell at me to call them (which I know BTW. Errors happen, it's happened before). Or they just ask me the same basic info I know they already know and they get snippy at me for repeating it. I'm almost considering switching Rite aids if they can't get more pharmacy staff again. It's really sad.
