        As an agent we are not provided with bank cards and do not ride around with agency account information so to be denied change of a $50 bill is beyond ridiculous.

        I waited for a while, waiting for someone to shop me. And only a few people who work there turned to see me. But they never asked if I needed anything. They are alone in their office doing nothing, talking. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

        I have been trying for DAYS to get in contact with this branch via phone to return a message left for me. Today has been over 1 hour. I contacted customer support who was also unable to get in contact with this branch. When you call the branch, and press the option to speak with a branch rep, you are left on a silent hold for approximately 10 minutes before the line auto-disconnects. This is absolutely ridiculous on the part of a company as big as PNC. I returned the call immediately after the latest message was left for me today and have been totally unable to reach anyone. Ive never had a more unprofessional, inconvenient experience with a bank prior to this.
