The installers worked efficiently. They don't seem to comply with wearing masks or shoe covers when entering a client's home.

Great experience with warranty work from Champion. We needed siding and window service and they scheduled us and got everything taken care of in one day. Install Manager George and Service Rep Allen Brooks were very friendly, showed up on time and got us all taken care of same day. Fixed 2 areas of siding that had come down and adjusted 4 crank windows that were impossible to open.

I had a great experience with my Champion sales rep, Melissa. She was very knowledgeable about the product and options. She was also very friendly and made me feel comfortable with the process. She answered all of my questions and showed me a demonstration of the window quality, while explaining the Energy Star rating. I had previously gotten quotes from several other companies and got a much better deal from Champion. They have a better Energy Star rating and better warranty than other companies. I am very excited to get my new windows installed! Update: My windows were installed yesterday. Carlos and his installation crew were wonderful! They arrived on time. Carlos confirmed where the windows were going and explained the process. He asked us several times throughout the day if we had any questions about what they were doing and answered any we had. The guys were very polite and cleaned up their areas as they went. They tried to make it as little of an inconvenience as possible. I have a dog, so they did the windows in an order that would be the least stressful for her. The windows were installed beautifully. George kept in touch throughout the process from purchase to installation with updates. He came during install to ensure everything was going well with Carlos and his crew. I highly recommend this company, as the whole process was great! I will definitely contact Champion in the future when I am ready to replace my doors.
