When we were considering putting in a pool during Covid, friends warned us about pool companies that often ran overtime with little accountability, so we interviewed several companies thoughtfully.We ended up choosing Elite not just because of their competence and experience, but because of their commitment to personal and responsive communication.This choice turned out to be pivotal. Throughout our project, and despite port closures and supply chain complications, Elites main representative, Dustin, coordinated all work and supported creative design choices with patience, flexibility, and reliability.The project not only came to a satisfying completion, but the entire experience working with Elite was positive and collaborative from start to finish. Of note, was the gentleman (Kenny) who built the stone wall by hand, piece by piece, and was unusually hardworking and detailed.Also, the pool cover subcontractor absorbed several challenges smoothly as Dustin coordinated both work and craftmanship.We could not be more pleased with the lovely and unique pool Elite created for us and our grandchildren.Thank you, Elite Pools!Your name fits you well!

I contracted Elite Pools for an in ground pool in Maryland. Michael Giannerini from the company arrived on time and explained the entire process. Mike assisted in issues from hitting water and his experience and explanation was most beneficial. He was very knowledgeable and prompt and always responded via telephone, email and/or text. I provide a five star recommendation without hesitation and appreciate all the efforts in the process.
