Zero stars, but not an option, I went to get gas and enter my number for rewards, then put my card in and the screen switched to saying "busy", then it said it was ready to pump, and it stopped at a set amount instead of filling my tank. I tried to put my card in again to see if it was just a computer glitch and it loaded up again and I could hear a man and woman arguing. The man who works inside came over to me and was yelling that I needed to pay for the other ladies gas because I put her money into my tank. I said I ran my card, are you sure it didn't go through my card and he said yes. The lady said I told you pump 7 and he put it on pump 11 and said she told him 11. He said "Do you want to see the video?" He didn't acknowledge he was a fault, he made it seem like it was her fault and I needed to fix it by going inside and using my card to pay. I feel like the way he approached both of us was unprofessional and rude. He could have politely asked me to cover the portion she paid since it was an honest mistake. I also feel like he handled the situation all wrong.
