        Wow! I have never shipped a car across the country before and didnt know what to expect, but I couldnt be happier with the experience! The manager gave me a call early in the week to walk me through the process and advise me how to ship the car. He really put my mind at ease, and was highly professional. The car was delivered sooner than expected. It was an expensive car, so I certainly had anxiety about the process, but I would definitely use them again!

      Hi Bega. What I can surmise from your review is that your company is having difficulty with the damage claims process. Whenever there is a damage report (regardless of who is responsible), we always have to investigate before a settling any payment. Can you message us with the load ID so we can look into it?
