I had an issue with my membership with MBCC(MD Black Chambers of Commerce. They put me in touch with Solomon from Strategia Solutions. Solomon reached out to me immediately to go over my issue, within a few hours my problem was solved with a clear explanation of what caused the issue and what was needed to resolve it. Excellent customer service: he listened to me and my concerns. He articulated what caused the problem and what would solve the problem. He gave me a chance to understand the tech jargon and then asked me if I had any more questions. He waited for me to articulate my understanding. We agree on the resolution and DONE! Solomon and his team are the consummate professionals! They were very proactive in making sure our website was to our satisfaction - through constant feedback and guidance. Tremendous experience designing and building professional websites & excellent project management which is often underrated when engaging with smaller companies.
