HELLA HELPFUL!! This shop blew my mind yesterday, walking me through the processes of my task with unending patience.
WOW!
I don't live nearby, but I'm coming back to get stuff done! Each clerk is a notary, each one is expert or can find the perfect answer.

Dont drop off your returns here if you are using a clothing rental service. In all my years of using clothing rental companies (RTR, Nuuly, etc) I have never had issues with clothing items going missing after dropping off the return at UPS. I started using Parcel Plus for drop off since it is closer than UPS and suddenly items started going missing from my returns EVERY SINGLE TIME I dropped off at Parcel Plus. I was once a frequent customer for all sorts of things they do - shipping, printing, keys, etc - but I will never return to this store ever again. Beware.

Very friendly, professional and offer a number of useful services, including key cutting and mailbox rentals in addition to shipping.
