Therapy was good. Helped with my recovery. I would recommend The Village at Rockville for Rehabilitation. The nursing assistant were courteous with good attitudes.

Went there for a hiring event via already set up interview appointment 11am to 11.30am today after taking 2 hrs off from my work and the lady at reception told me that they are goong for 1.5hrs lunch break from 11.30am till 1pm hence i shud wait or i can leave...it was 11.10am when she was informing me all this...i mean is this fair and So easy by simply telling me to go. I received an email from their talent n recruiting manager shelby confirming me time for my interview appointment. Very Very disappointed with such attitude and culture. Dont even wish to give 1 star even

W W I have been having trouble with urinary tract infection and even spent a day at Holy Cross Hospital Germantown for additional tests. Pills were prescribed, to be taken on a regular basis. Yesterday they did not arrive from the pharmacy when expected, but my care person was able to get me the proper dose. Last night the Hospital called me to say a different set of pills was recommended. Arrangements were made to get me started on the new set of pills. My care person told me this morning the change was already in the computer. The surprise was, half an hour later, she brought me the first dose of the new medicine. My care person frequently treats me as family, not just a resident. I think her pursuing my pills, so I had an unbroken sequence of medicine, was exceptional. Just knowing she was following up on any action needed, gave me confidence.

When we had to make the decision to find a secure memory care residence for our mom, after caring for her at home for years, we visited many places and none met our standards for the care we knew she needed. This changed when we toured the Village at Rockville, where she now resides. What makes their LTC/Memory Care unit special are the experienced doctors, nurses, GNAs, and support personnel who consistently provide compassionate care and services days, nights, weekends, and holidays using a team approach. More broadly, we are impressed by the leadership and culture of community at the Village at Rockville where residents and their family members are treated respectfully by everyone, including the friendly reception and activities staff, and where tremendous effort is made to provide wonderful activities, field trips, and concerts for all residents in a well-maintained facility. Thank you Village at Rockville.

Took my mom to a 5star rated rehab facility in gaithersburg which was a total lie. 1star to be generous. After that decided to take her here where I knew someone who spoke very highly of this place. Nurses and staff were very nice. Reason only a 4 star is because there were times it did take more than a hour using the calling button to use restroom and receive medications. Great job !
