At our first meeting Larry outlined a detailed plan for selling our property. He identified items that were the responsibility of the HOA and partnered with them to have them resolved. I live out of state, Larry offered to personally supervise all the work being done by the contractors which saved me a lot of time and expense. His communication was amazing, I was kept up to date throughout the entire process. I received daily updates including feedback he'd gotten from the buyer agents when the property went on the market. We received and accepted our offer in just 4 days. Larry made this a seamless process and I am extremally gratefully for his excellent work.

As expected, he spent an incredible amount of time researching the property, the neighborhood, and relevant comps and sales trends. He gave us excellent advice on what pre-listing improvements would provide the best ROI, identified painting, handyman, and staging contractors and met them at the property at all hours, and had the property photographed and ready to go live exactly on schedule. In two days, we received multiple offers for more than similar properties nearby were selling.
