We worked with Ken Venkatesh from this realtor location. Ken has been an absolute pleasure to work with for the three years we were with him. We found him when we found a great home in the King Farm development. He was the property manager of our rental for the three years we were there. He was extremely responsive on all of our issues, especially when the issue was urgent. When the heater cut out on a winter evening, he took action to have someone come out immediately to fix it late. We were so happy with him that we asked him to be our realtor for buying our first home. He was patient with us as we slowly perused over the course of three years with some very close calls. He never made us feel rushed or urged us into something we didnt like just to close. When we did find something we wanted to move on, not only was he prompt in moving the process along, he was our advocate from the very beginning. He was constantly communicating with the other party to make sure we got what we wanted and have our issues addressed. He made great recommendations and suggestions in the negotiating process that helped us to save a lot of money with sellers who were not particularly open to negotiation from the outset. In addition to all of this, he made fantastic financing recommendations as well. He introduced us to a lender to help get the process going. I compared this lender to at least four other options, and we couldnt find someone to match what they were offering. I am not exaggerating when I say Ken saved us many thousands of dollars on this home purchase. I feel like the purchase of our first home should have been a lot more stressful than it actually was, and I believe that was due to Kens help. I give the highest recommendation I can for having Ken represent you when looking for your home, or any other service he might provide.

So I purchased a home through Re/Max Success. Could not have had a better experience. Not only did they put me in my current home, they sold my previous one as well. Thorough in all there assessments and all the information. I have purchased many homes in the past and where everyone else is all about the numbers, I felt more of a relationship instead of just being a number. Approachable & reachable at a moments notice was a big factor for me. Thank you Re/Max Success for the best home purchase experience Ive ever had and your attention to details. Your professionalism should be the standard by all agents. I will definitely recommend your company.

The complete lack of communication plus the incompetence of knowing what work should cost or the lack of caring is going to cost thousands of dollars extra on a simple paint and repair when I moved out of a home they were renting. The owners cant get ahold of John, I cant get him to send me what he said he would send over. On top of that he never took care of the work he said would get done when I moved in, Im guessing Im getting billed for that as well, even though it was a building flaw from the get go.
