If I have to describe Asif in one word, it would diligent! Mr. Qadir is an expert realtor. He LOVES his work and this love shows in his emails, phone calls and meetings. In this sellers market, Asif is great to have on your side as a buyer! We spoke with him via zoom, then met with him at a home for sale. He spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes they sell, how long similar listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. Asif made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps -many other Realtors don't- to explain all the paperwork. Having a pro like Asif in your corner is priceless.
