Mike and Christine were a DYNAMO team to work with. My company found it difficult to find that perfect location to move into when getting into the Maryland market. Real estate was scarce, but that isn't an issue with this group. Hands down best experience you will have. They answer all your questions, meet on site for your needs, available for lawyer reviews and just some of the friendliest people you can meet. If you look anywhere than in the direction of Realty Advantage, specially Mark Reible and Christine Gray, you're gonna have a tough time because it doesn't get better than this. If I could go with 10 stars I would. If you guys see this thank you again for your continued support!

A very professional and efficient Real Estate company / brokerage. Ara Hekmat ( our Realtor with this company) and Mike Reible ( Broker in charge of this office) were first class - in their knowledge of the market, in helping us through the whole process of contract / negotiations on the house and aiding us all along the way with timely and meaningful advice - their professionalism and attention made the process pleasant and educational at the same time. I recommend Ara Hekmat and Mike Reible unconditionally as excellent realtors and advisors if you are considering buying or selling your house. Their office is well-located in the busy Rockville, MD area straight off the I-270 highway on exit 8. Consider them as your choice of Realty services if looking in Montgomery county, MD and environs.

Ofelia Santos with this firm is very difficult to work with. She doesn't return calls and communicates only via text message. I feel she lacks integrity.
