Working with the Llewellyn Group and Paul Llewellyn in particular was an outstanding experience. We worked with Paul for a long time (were not typical home buyers!). He was a delight to work with and very knowledgeable about the area. He was diligent and worked quickly to show us any house we requested to see. Paul was also exceptionally patient with us and gave us an objective, professional analysis of each house we saw. He never pushed us to do anything or settle for a house that didnt work. When we found the house we wanted, he was extremely responsive and quick to take action and gave us excellent advice. Were now in a home that we love. The only downside of working with him is that we now miss seeing him since we arent looking at homes anymore! :)

Paul Llewellyn truly provides the whole package of a top-notch real estate experience! He is delightful to work with and knows the area well. From his detailed and professional analysis to discussions of where we should price the house to his eye for staging, we trusted his expertise and keen ability to best present our home. The professional photos including nighttime shots and a fabulous 3-D interactive virtual tour provided an excellent preview of the home. Paul was very involved in the showing & follow-up process. His hard work and expertise paid off as we received multiple offers in 3 days and sold for over asking price. He negotiated the sale of some furnishings and paid attention to every detail all the way through settlement. We could not have been more thrilled with our experience!
