Awesome! Andy is the true professional, and guided our search for a house expertly. We are new to the Washington DC/ Montgomery Co area, and Andy helped us first identify locations of interest, then educated us through the various local market properties and unique quirks, and then helped us identify features of the houses we looked at. He made us stay calm and not panic: that's invaluable. He helped us stay the course without either rushing in or being too laid back. Since we were located elsewhere throughout the entire duration of searching for a house, Andy went to the different properties we liked and took videos and answered our questions live while he toured the properties, and also gave us is frank opinion and red flags, which were invaluable. Most importantly, Andy doesn't talk vacuous stuff, and is forthright and frank with his opinions. He is great with the facts and figures, ie, the actual data that goes with the current housing market. This was very helpful for us, since this grounded us in the reality fo the housing market of Montgomery County. I would enthusiastically recommend Andy, and would definitely like to work with him when I need expert help with real estate transactions again.

We closed on a house this past week, and Andy has been great in helping us get to that point. From the first phone call he has quickly and openly answered all our questions, given honest advice, and negotiated well with the other party. Any text or e-mail was answered quickly, even on weekends, and we always felt that Andy acted in our best interest. We were very satisfied with his guidance and can recommend him highly.

Andy was incredible to work with! My fianc & I were looking to buy our first home and the current real estate market is not kind to buyers. That being said, Andy found a way to make the process remarkably easy for us. He takes a data driven approach to the buying process and helped us each step of the way. He provided various guides and commentary around the process that gave us the confidence we were making the right decision with our offers. My home buying journey started 2 years ago with a colleague's referral to contact Andy for real estate help in the Rockville area. From our very first 30-min conversation, I knew Andy was going to be the right real estate advisor for me. I am a single mom of a 7yo. My desire to finally buy was motivated by my need to provide my daughter with a home to call our own, especially after having moved 4 times since she was born. When I first contacted Andy, it was actually 2 years ahead of my readiness to buy because I was already locked into a lease but wanted to get started on my search early. I was honest about that when Andy and I first spoke and I anticipated that could be an issue for him, but to my surprise it wasn't. During our first conversation, I remembered telling him I wasn't ready to buy now, but what I did know was WHERE, WHAT and WHEN I needed it all to happen, and I needed an agent who could help me make it happen when the time was right. He understood exactly what I was asking for and pretty much gave me an open invitation to consider him a resource for ANY questions I might have up until the point I was ready to buy. In 2022, Andy and I had 6 meetings where we discussed a variety of real-estate happenings. He shared how the housing market was shifting and how we might be able to approach the market in a way that was beneficial to me. He set me up in the MLS to receive upcoming listings from the condo communities I was specifically looking at. He discussed a variety of strategies and timing we could try to find potential sellers in the condo community that was known to be challenging. And what I appreciated the most, was the time he literally sent me a spreadsheet of all the potential units in the community I wanted, so I could know exactly how any potential units actually fit what I was looking for. We then discussed how we might be able to strategically secure one of them close to the time my lease was ending. Fast forward to May 2023 and after several more educational conversations with Andy, it was finally time. Spring listings were showing some promising condos in exactly the community I was looking for and there it was on the MLS Andy set up for me. I immediately texted Andy about it, and quickly got a response from him on how soon I would be able to see it, which was the next day (4 days prior to the official open house). After I saw the condo and knew I wanted it, the next step was figuring out how to win it. Under Andy's invaluable guidance and coaching on how to ensure my offer stood out, was strong, and could beat out my competition, he submitted it for me quickly and within a day after the open house I received a call from him congratulating me on securing a new home for myself and my daughter. It was a call I'll never forget. I know many already know this, but the home buying process is not for the wishy washy. And even though I consider myself a fairly intelligent, well organized, and a person who is clear about what I want, admittedly even I was stumped and at times overwhelmed by the negotiation process. When it came time to bid, I cannot express enough how extremely grateful I felt to have Andy representing me and looking out for my best interest. And even after winning the bid, there were a ton of resources to get into place as part of the closing like finalizing the mortgage, securing a title company, home insurance, and getting a home inspection done. Andy was literally my one-stop shop for all of it. Andy truly made my first home buying experience one of smoothest I could ask for. I would hands-down recommend him to anyone looking for more than just a real estate agent, but someone who truly serves more as a personal home buying advisor, who's going to tell you what's happening in the market like it is. His style is to arm you with knowledge and provide you with the best strategy for achieving whatever your personal home buying goals are. That's the value he provided to me.
