Dr Saba use to be a great doctor but now she is not there for her patients. She cancels appointments left and right and is never available for sick visits.

Dr. Saba helped me on a weekend for a concern while traveling with my 5 year old. Fast and so kind! Highly recommend. She helped us on the phone to get a speedy treatment plan in place-and we were new patients. Thank you.

Dr. Saba is unprofessional, rude, and beyond dismissive. She couldnt provide me with medical exams/medical records needed to enroll my kid for school and is completely dismissive when i would make appointments when my child was sick. As a concerned and worried parent, the last thing you need is a doctor telling you that you showed up for no reason and not giving you any advice or guidance on how to aid a childs discomfort. I have waited over an hour and a half almost 2, in past appointments just for her to see my daughter. This time around her attitude towards her assistant was blatantly disrespectful and she had no problem yelling and undermining him in front of patients or nearby so anyone can hear. I literally walked out on my last appointment and i will never be returning. Id rather find a new healthcare provider than to return to her office.

Unprofessional, Disorganized and irresponsible. I was a patient with 2 kids and we had a psychical exam and blood tests, and my kids had to have a school medical form before school started. And the doctor didn't respond or call to pick up the form and we decided to call them asking about the form. I went to the office to pick up my kid's medical form, but it wasn't even ready and they replied with they couldn't find the form and would call us back when they found the form. And they never called back. I called them many times and went over there to be disappointed once again. I went again and they replied by saying they would fax the form to the schools of my kids. When they faxed it they had swapped the forms to my kid's school. So the oldest son would receive the youngest sons form, the blood test results were never received and it's been almost 1 whole month since then. And they still never found the results to it and they had sent a bill instead of the test results. I wouldn't recommend coming here because of their lousy staff and doctor.
