Potomac Pediatrics

We have Been going to Potomac Pediatrics for 5 years. We can not say enough good things about how wonderful the entire practice has been. It is Super easy to get appointments- no matter what time of day I call. If I leave a message on the nurse line I have always received a call back within 30 mins. I dont have a single negative thing to say. Im Beyond grateful that we have Potomac Pediatrics caring for us. The people at the front desk are always so nice and super welcoming. We are always roomed within 5 mins of checking in. The nurses are wonderful and every doctor we have seen at this practice has been amazing! WE LOVE POTOMAC PEDIATRICS

We can not say enough good things about Potomac Pediatrics! Our daughter has a complicated medical history, and everyone from the doctors to the nurses have been nothing short of amazing. From coordination of care with hospitals to specialists and the thousands of forms and Medical Necessity Letters that have been written, the nurses are always pleasant and very helpful. The doctors even when our daughter was at her worst were phenomenal, planning coverage of care when our primary was out or off, coming up with creative solutions to complicated problems, and most importantly always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our daughter was well taken care of.

Requests to book an appointment with your preferred doctor will be ignored. The online portal wont let you book directly with the doctor either, so you have to rely on the unhelpful staff. Its a shame because I did like some of their doctors, but its becoming a real pain for me and my husband to manage their appointment system.

My fiance took a children to the doctor and got her past threw up in her face by the children's doctor about her past relationships with her ex-husband and was there just to pick up some medicine for her daughter and got harassed by doctor Caren came home upset crying. Never supposed to go to a doctor's office and the doctor send a patient out crying and it's not even your doctor it your children doctor I will be filling complaint with better business bureau , and consumer affairs certain doctors just need to stay in their lane and leave personal business alone. Especially when you don't know what's really going on God bless you
