        When attempting to leave the garage at the North Bethesda Market parking garage on level 2, the gate wouldnt accept my ticket. I called the telecom to let them know I am unable to leave the garage, because the gate machine wasnt accepting my ticket. The person behind the telecom just hung up on me. I then called the office number and the person took my name and number and told me that shell try to get a hold of someone, but she also said if no one calls me in 30 minutes theres nothing she can do. Guess what, no one ever called me back or stopped by to help open the gate. They didnt care that my car was stuck in the garage unable to leave.
