Not satisfied at all. They are not communicative, not pro-active and not initiative. From day 1, we had talk to them about personal support and they couldn't give ANY ETA. My child was there for almost 1 year and every time we had to call to get status. 1 year passed, still no support! Don't even want to talk about job coaching, having kids socialize, etc.
