My first time coming to Lifestyle Nail & Spa. The experience was amazing. My daughter and I love our nails so much! Very professional, friendly and most importantly clean! I will now make this our primary nail salon for mommy and daughter time! *****UPDATE******UPDATE******UPDATE***** Previously gave 5 stars now only 1 star. Supervisor provided the worst customer service communication EVER! My first time was amazing and I continued to go back. Things changed I called today 1/22/2024, to get clarification of prices detail for my nine year old daughter. I received a text of their specials and decided to call due to being overcharged three months ago for a kids gel mani/pedi which shows on their site for this service charge to be $55 but I was charged $90 instead. It was only a few technicians there, and it was busy for them. I questioned the price a little knowing I was not charged $90 before for my daughter, but didnt want to push back so I paid. When trying to communicate and express this, as I was wanting to confirm prices before coming in again. I received rude communication from the now Supervisor. Who stated he was not here three months ago anyone with common sense would know no one would reimburse me something that long ago. I was not requesting reimbursement, that he kept insinuating that I wanted, I continue to try to communicate to him, I wanted clarification of price and to be provided better customer service. I requested to talk to the owner, which he told me he was the supervisor and thats the only person I will be talking to and continue to call me sweetie and when I asked him to not call me this, he hung up on me. I thought this was a great place to have bonding time with my daughter. I guess this is not the case, and we have to look for somewhere else. I thought it would be best to provide my experience here if youre looking for somewhere for mommy and daughter time. Be careful who you go to. I went to Tina TWICE and my gel dip nails chipped both times the same day of service. The first time, she tried to charge me to repaint clear coating. And they chipped the same AGAIN. I get my nails done regularly and this has never happened to me.

Ive been going here since my mom has been going here. The place has wonderful service everyone there is so kind and nice. I go to Hieu always For my acrylic nails and I am never disappointed. After he finishes he does such an amazing job. He takes so much time and effort into making sure your nails look beautiful. I always go to him for my birthday nails and if Im going for vacation in the summer, he does such a wonderful job. I simply love going there and its pretty close by to my house which is so convenient. I am always impressed after my service. If youre looking for a nail salon, please go here it is wonderful. And book an appointment with Hieu if you want acrylic nails done. You can show him a picture of a design you like, and he will do just the same.

$107 later terrible! Not even a week ! I was told this would not ruin my nails! Not to mention people at my job were mortified for me. Please dont go here! You will cry like I did so sad!
